A day out for the whole team, in any of our cities

We do these programmes for anywhere between 5 and 500 people. One guide takes up to 20 people on a walking tour (15 in Amsterdam), and beyond that we simply add guides and split the group, starting each smaller group a few minutes apart on the same route. We regularly run days for 50 to 80 people this way, and larger conference and incentive groups well beyond that. If you would rather stay together, a whisper system lets one guide take a larger group than 20, as long as you ask at least a week in advance.

Yes, with a whisper system. Everyone gets a receiver and an earpiece, so one guide can take a group well above the usual twenty and still be heard clearly by the person at the back, on a busy square or beside traffic. We need to know at least a week before the tour so the equipment reaches your city in time. Without it, larger groups are split between guides instead.

Our single-city private tours are a flat price per guide, so a group of 40 pays for two guides rather than 40 tickets. Combination tours across two or three cities have a base price per guide plus a per-person amount, because they include travel between the cities. You always see one all-in figure in the proposal.

English, Dutch, German, French, Spanish and Italian. For a group that splits across several guides we can mix languages, so part of the group walks in English and part in German at the same time.

Yes. Restaurant reservations, museum entry, canal boats and workshops can all go into the same programme and onto the same invoice. Tell us the budget per head and we will suggest what fits.

For most groups the train is faster and simpler, and your guide travels with you. Where a coach or minibus makes more sense we arrange it and include it in the quote. Hotel pickup in another city, Amsterdam included, can be added to any tour.

For a group of 20 or more, four to six weeks is comfortable, and more in spring and around conference season. We will always tell you honestly if a date is tight rather than accepting it and hoping.

Tours run in almost all weather, and our guides know which indoor stops to lean on when it turns. For a large group we can shift the balance of the day towards museums and covered stops on the morning itself.

Yes. Group and corporate bookings are invoiced on payment terms rather than paid card by card at checkout, and we can put a purchase-order reference on the invoice if your finance team needs one.
